We are so excited to be in a brand spanking new library.
It is so clean, sparkling and pretty. Best of all it is a
real library!
I want to thank all of the moms, dads and staff who helped
get us all moved in and set up. It was a monumental task. If
it wasn't for their diligence and help, I would still be under
a mountain of boxes. The Grand Opening was such a wonderful experience
and everyone had nothing but positive comments about the new
facility. I hope you will drop by the library and say hello,
especially if you haven't seen it yet.
This is like moving into a new house; it's an ongoing process
I keep rearranging things and looking for items I have put away.
I will also still be working on Accelerated Reader. We have quite
a number of books yet to be marked with dots and labels for Accelerated
Reader. The students seem to be excited to participate in this
program.
We put a lot of new books on the shelves during the move, fiction,
nonfiction, and award-winning books. I'm sure they will be enjoyed
by all.
