Math Olympiad - Coming Soon

The Math Olympiad program was first offered to Middle School Students at Hermosa Valley in 2002.  Students meet once a week at 7:30 am to work on problem solving.  To become a proud “Mathlete,” all one needs is a genuine interest in math, a competitive spirit, a willingness to be challenged, and a desire to go beyond the regular classroom curriculum and explore the fun side of math.  Our team of competitors this year consisted of Jonathan Colen, Ian Goodbody, Katie Courtney, Delaney Charney, Alex Pao, Douglas Meyer, Ben Little, and Johnny Goodlad.  They placed 2nd among the schools that competed on Friday, February 22 at the Mirman School.  Congratulations!
