Hello! This is my fourth year teaching at Hermosa Valley School and I absolutely love it here! I was born in Torrance, CA and grew up in the South Bay.  I attended a year at Texas Tech University, in Lubbock Texas, and then I went to California State University Chico where I earned my B.A. in Liberal Studies and a minor in special education. After I finished my BA I continued to work on my teaching credentials at Chico State where I earned a Multiple Subject and a Level I Educational Specialistcredential. I also attended National University where I completed my Level II credential.

During my free time, I enjoy snowboarding, running with my dogs Brody and Guinness. I also love to cook, scrapbook, spend time outdoors and with my friends and family. My husband and I love to travel, so we try to get away as much as possible.
