My name is Britta Traudt. I was born and raised in Houston, TX and came out to California to attend the University of Redlands. While teaching first grade at Cabazon Elementary School, I earned my Masters Degree in reading at California State University, San Bernardino. This year is my eleventh year of teaching and my eighth year at Hermosa View.

I am so thrilled to be teaching in Hermosa. It is such a fabulous community to be working in. My husband and I feel fortunate to reside in Hermosa and love it here!

During my free time I love traveling, hiking and camping with my husband, spending time with my family, who are spread all over the country, and listening to music. I also enjoy swimming, walking my dog Bandit, and baking. Working with children is my true passion. My motto in the classroom is, always do your best and if you think you can you can, if you think you can't, think again.
