HBCSD: School Census Day

October 2, 2024 is School Census Day! It's a critical day for student attendance in California. On this day, HBCSD's in-person attendance becomes a "snapshot" that the state uses to determine funding and resources for the entire school year. Just a few absences on Wednesday, October 2, could result in significant reductions—potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars less for our Hermosa Schools.
