Wellness Council
The Wellness Council has met for two years in order to better support the health of students. This committee of administrators, counselors, and parents has created several initiatives, including the additional counselor and Parent-Counselor Chats. Beach Cities Health District: HBCSD is in partnership with our local health district to secure grants, resources, and services for our families.
South Bay Families Connected: Resources, videos, and educational material provided on this website page will support our parents, teachers, and staff as we work together in our shared vision of empowering all students to achieve and thrive. Additionally, this project aligns with our mission of creating a culture of inclusion and helps us expand that intention beyond our school as a community-wide South Bay effort.
The 'Start with Hello' Program: Teaching students the skills they need to reach out to and include those who may not feel connected at school.
